Apple has just released iOS 6.1.2 update for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch to addresses a Microsoft Exchange bug that was causing issues for enterprise customers, creating errors around meeting management. The update arrives as Build 10B146 for most devices, with the exception of cellular-capable iPad mini and iPad 4 models that are receiving Build 10B147. Apple has previously said that it would fix a lockscreen passcode bug in a future update to iOS 6. But it seems that Apple hasn’t addressed passcode bug. Most likely, it will arrive with iOS 6.2 or with an iOS 6.1.3 incremental update.
Last week, Apple Apple released iOS 6.1.1 specifically for iPhone 4S owners to fix widespread 3G connectivity issues.
The minor 6.1.2 update is available as an OTA update. Users may follow the direct links in order to download and install iOS 6.1.2

[Update #1]: iOS 6.1.2 does not patches Evasi0n jailbreak.
Not yet able to test all devices, but it’s looking good for 6.1.2. iPad mini wi-fi and iPhone 5 are still jailbreakable.
