Flurry of images for upcoming BlackBerry 10 devices have been leaked online, offering us a preview of what RIM will be hoping to sell by the end of January 2013. The first photo was posted by a Chinese site CNbeta showing the upcoming BlackBerry “X10″ N-Series smartphone with a full QWERTY keyboard, having physical keys similar to the Bold 9900, large 720×720 pixel screen and a front camera for BBM Video chat. The display screen looks between 3.5-inches to 4-inches.

Posted separately on 4Chan, the N-Series BlackBerry X10, was also spotted alongside the BlackBerry Z-10, and another unknown QWERTY BlackBerry device. As evident in the photo, there’s a white version and a black version, but the white version doesn’t have the chrome frets. The middle one could be Dev Alpha C which has been provided by RIM to 1500 dedicated developers.

RIM has already sent out invites for a January 30 event where it’ll launch its forthcoming mobile operating system, BlackBerry 10. Research in Motion has even teased the first BlackBerry 10 smartphone with an official image of the device, which resembles with iPhone-esque BlackBerry 10 L device leaked few days back in Vietnam. The QWERTY model of the smartphone, meanwhile, is expected to launch during June.
